This continues to be 90 days from the date of purchase, not 90 days from the date that the bike was delivered to your home.

What Do You Need to Return a Target Bike Via Mail?

To return a bike bought online from Target, the only thing you will need is the bike itself, the original packaging, and any accessories that came with the original order.

Because your order will be logged in your account, you do not have to provide any further proof of purchase like a receipt, for example.

Logging in to your Target account will be considered suitable proof of purchase.

What Condition Does a Bike Have to be in to Return to Target Via Mail?

Bikes that are returned to Target via mail need to be either defective or in new and unused condition. This is the same as with bikes that are returned to the store.

The difference when you return a bike via mail is that you will have to disassemble it first. Target will not accept a fully assembled bike being returned in the post, even if it meets the other criteria.

What Is the Process for Returning a Target Bike Via Mail?

You will need to begin the process by going to either your Orders page on the Target website or the Purchases page within your Target app.

From there, you will find options to either return the item or to “fix an issue.” Select whichever one is appropriate for your situation.

From this point, the website and the app will find out what you need to do with your item by asking you to follow a few prompts, and then they will give you this information.

Target will provide you with a mailing label that you can use to send your bike back to them. This mailing label is already paid for, so you will not have to pay to ship your return.

Deliver the packaged item with the mailing label that Target has provided attached to it at your local UPS site.

What Does the Target Bike Return Policy Cover?

The Target bike return policy covers your bike for replacement or refund.

Replacements are offered for packages that have arrived with missing items or bikes that are completely or partially defective.

If you simply want to return your bike and it is still in a new and unused condition, you can return it for a full refund instead.

Does the Target Bike Return Policy Cover Repairs?
