Bowflex has a policy that guarantees your satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact Bowflex’s customer care division at (800) 605-3369 within six weeks of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The refund has all shipping and handling taken out of it.

Bowflex Return Policy

This policy is applicable to products purchased straight from Nautilus, Inc., covering products from Nautilus, Bowflex, and Schwinn Fitness. Please verify the store’s return policy if you obtained a training product through Nautilus, Inc. from a retail establishment.

Only the following circumstances allow for returns of items to Nautilus, Inc.

  • Before sending the item to us, you must get an RMA number from Nautilus.
  • The product must be returned within the stipulated Satisfaction Period.
  • Items returned without an RMA number won’t be credited or refunded and will instead be thrown away.
  • After we have given you your RMA number, you have two (2) weeks to postmark your return package.
  • Products must be shipped back undamaged and in appropriate packaging (preferably original materials).
  • It must be in its original state with all materials and attachments.
  • Shipping & delivery, and assembly costs are not refunded.

Unauthorized Returns

Any goods returned to Bowflex’s facilities without a legitimate and valid RMA number given by Nautilus are considered prohibited returns according to Nautilus, Inc. Nautilus, Inc. will deem a return unauthorized if packages are not properly marked with a legitimate RMA number or if an RMA number is allowed to expire.

Without an RMA number, goods returned to Nautilus will not be eligible for a refund or credit, and the goods will be discarded. Any shipping and handling costs for an unauthorized return are the customer’s responsibility.

Bowflex Cancellation Policy

As soon as you press the “Submit” button, your order will start to be processed. You might be able to change your mind about your order after submission by calling us at (800) 605-3369. It is impossible to cancel an order once the stock has been assigned.

Important: Trying to cancel your purchase after it has started the delivery process does not ensure that it will not be dispatched.

You may return any undesirable items in conformity with Bowflex’s return policy if you decide otherwise about the purchase or if Bowflex cannot halt it.

Bowflex Subscription Refund

Only yearly memberships to Bowflex JRNY procured from Nautilus, Inc. are covered by this policy.

Any monthly or annual Bowflex JRNY subscription obtained through the Bowflex JRNY application or from a third party is not eligible for a refund.

Under the following circumstances, Nautilus will reimburse the annual Bowflex JRNY subscription fee:

  • Your yearly subscription to Bowflex JRNY was purchased directly from Nautilus, Inc.
  • You sent a cancellation request within six weeks of the subscription’s activation.
  • You sent us your cancellation request for your subscription by phoning (800) 605-3369, sending an email to subscriptions@nautilus.com using your login email address and a cancellation request, or sending a cancellation notice through our website while giving your login email address.

Accessibility to membership features will be blocked in your Bowflex JRNY app after issuing your refund.

How to Cancel Your JRNY Membership

On iOS:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
  2. Choose Bowflex JRNY, tap Cancel, and then adhere to the directions.

  1. Launch the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone or tablet.

BowFlex Protection Plan Warranty

  • Plans with durations of three or five years provide labor and/or parts coverage for authorized claims such as:
    • Mechanical or electrical breakdowns that are covered as a result of material and artistry flaws that happen after the warranty period from the original equipment supplier has run out.
  • There is no deductible on accepted claims.
  • The equipment will be replaced by one of like kind and quality, though not necessarily the same brand or color, or you’ll be reimbursed for the cost of a replacement if your covered machine has had three repairs protected under the Plan for the same issue and a fourth repair is necessary for the same covered problem in a subsequent 12 month period.

  • Not an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty. After your manufacturer’s warranty’s parts and labor coverages have expired, coverages take effect.

Other information about Bowflex’s Protection Plan:

  • Plans are taxed as necessary (see cart at checkout).
  • Only personal/residential use is permitted for the covered machine.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty mandates that you carry out all essential maintenance and adhere to all care recommendations.
  • Not every breakdown is included. Please read the Plan’s “Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)” and “Limit of Liability” sections.
  • There is no transferable plan.
  • Information on particular jurisdictions that may pertain to you is included in the Plan.

You will receive a copy of the Plan you purchased through email with the Contract Purchase Receipt (needed for claim filing).
