Purchasing an item online can be difficult when you are unable to try it on and select the correct size that fits you. What is covered if you need to return a product to Bike Bling?

Bike Bling has a 30-day no-hassle guarantee that allows you to return any item you are not satisfied with. You will need to contact them via phone to set up the return. You will need to pay shipping and a restocking fee depending on the item.

How to Return an Item to Bike Bling

If you need to return an item to Bike Bling, you can do so in the first 30 days under their no-hassle satisfaction guarantee return policy.

The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to contact them at 800-BIKEPRO and speak with a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping the item. 

You will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Any item that is lost or damaged during the return shipping will not be refunded. Bike Bling will not be responsible for these items. 

Refunds for returned items will be re-credited to the original payment method used to purchase the item. If the credit card used to purchase the item is expired the refund will not be processed. Please allow at least one month for the credit to appear on your account. 

If the item was purchased by a check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to the same address the item was shipped to. This may take up to two weeks after the return is fully processed to receive the check.  

Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged package from you can refuse the package. If the package was received damaged or was found to be damaged after opening, you will need to contact customer service at

They will arrange for the delivery company to pick up the damaged package. Save the box and any packing materials in the box for inspection when the return is picked up. 

Once a claim is generated for a damaged item, will reprocess the order for the damaged items.

They will make the situation as painless as possible and ship a replacement to you once the order is processed. 

Received the Wrong Item

If there is an issue and you have received the wrong order you will need to contact within seven days of receiving the item. 

Please ensure you check all the packing material if you are missing a small item, as it may have been wrapped in the material inside the box. If has shipped the wrong item, they will work to find the best way to resolve the issue.

They will refund any shipping costs when returning improperly sent items. 

Ordering the Wrong Item

If you have received your package and you have ordered the wrong item or have decided, you do not want the item you will need to call to set up a return for the item.

The items will need to be in new condition and in their original packaging to return them. 

The shipping charges for the returned items will not be refunded, only the original purchase price of the item.

You will also be responsible for the return shipping on any items that are not due to a error.

Only new items are eligible for returns to Shoes or clothing that are missing tags or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return. If cleats are installed, the shoes will not be eligible for return. 

Return orders are processed when they are received. It can take over a month to receive a credit to your payment method when the return is processed. Items that were gifts will still be returned to the original payment method used when the item was originally purchased. will issue return labels to individuals in the continental United States for returning products within 30 days of the purchase of the item. 

Canceling Orders 

If you need to cancel an order you must do it by phone at 760-317-5450. Orders can not be canceled by email or online. Orders that have shipped with freight delivery will be charged for delivery and return shipping.

There are fees required when canceling orders and returning items. 

The $9.99 return label fee will be used per item on returns to shoes and small helmets. 

A $14.99 return label fee will be charged per item on things such as floor pumps, forks, and oversized helmets. 

A $49.99 return label fee will apply to each wheelset or oversized auto rack box.

Returned bicycles will require the $150.00 return label fee. Bicycles are also subject to a 10% restocking fee. They must be received in new and undamaged condition to receive a refund. 

Bicycle exchanges will be subject to a $100.00 shipping fee as well as a $150.00 return label fee. 

Exercise bikes will cost $500.00 return label fee for a return after a shipment number has been generated. 

Custom bikes will carry a 10% cancelation fee after the build process is started.

Any deposits that are refunded or credit card and PayPal fees will be charged a 3% fee. These are waived if the order was exchanged.
